Situri Mikhe Khosa Palace was the summer palace of the last Bukhara princes before the end of the monarchy. The palace was built by the third prince of Bukhara, and he named the palace after his wife, whom he loved very much, but she died in childbirth. The grandson of Nasrallah Khan reconstructed the palace at the end of the nineteenth century, and its construction was completed in 1917, but the prince was not able to enjoy it much, because the Soviets took over the country and expelled the rulers there to Afghanistan. The palace building is distinguished by its majestic architecture, with wonderful colors, beautiful mosaics and gilded ceilings. The palace is surrounded by a huge water pool of great beauty.
