Shinsekai is an old neighborhood located next to the Minami district in downtown Osaka, and was established in 1912, and divides the neighborhood into two parts: the first is the southern half, which has a design inspired by New York, and the second is the northern half, which is modeled after the French capital, Paris. Also, the Luna Park entertainment park, which has been operating since 1912, in addition to that, the neighborhood has an amazing view of the famous Tsutenkaku Tower.
