The palatial Shah Restaurant (inspired by the UNESCO-listed Registan Square in the ancient Uzbek city of Samarkand) captures all the beauty of Central Asia, with walls covered in Islamic mosaics and intricately woven carpets. Additionally it contains a bit of Russian art which has been added for some change. A fine dining experience, the restaurant is perfect for a special meal, with European, Russian and Tatar menus to choose from and all dishes are halal. It includes mixed grill dishes, grilled ribs on charcoal, various kinds of meat stew with wonderful rice, grilled steaks, various seafood dishes, and many more.
