It is believed that Seongaido Island in Incheon dates back to the Neolithic era. It was called Seodo Island before it was called Seongaido in 1871, and its current name means “the island on which a divine fairy landed and danced.” What distinguishes this island is that at low tide, a sandy path appears from the middle of the ocean that connects the island to the mainland, and it is nice to walk in this path as a strange, unique and enjoyable experience at the same time.
