Senya Restaurant was established with one goal to create a comfortable and relaxing environment where guests will enjoy delicious food and exemplary drinks. The restaurant is a collaboration between Chef (Chris Kajioka) and Chef (Anthony Rush) to showcase the advantages of Hawaiian cuisine and forge a new path in culinary evolution. The food served is regionally American, a cultural cross between the chefs and their expertise always honoring Hawaii's abundance of beautiful, fresh ingredients. Among the most prominent dishes served; Signature ahai burger, chitra spaghetti with parmesan cheese, oyster soup, tuna tataki platter, Maori venison tartar, and more.
