The Second Bank of the United States Picture Gallery is located in the heart of Philadelphia, and is one of its iconic buildings. The Greek Building was once home to the Second Bank of the United States and is located on Chestnut Street in the Philadelphia Historic District. Today, the gallery houses a permanent collection of 150 portraits, mostly of 18th- and 19th-century political leaders, explorers, scientists, and military officers.
