Cebit Floating Island, also known as Sebitseum, is an artificial island in the Han River in the heart of Seoul. Built at the suggestion of Kim Eun-sung in 2006, it constituted a unique cultural and entertainment complex, the first of its kind. In the world containing buildings atop structures floating on the water, Cepit consists of three glowing islands that illuminate the Han River spectacularly: Japhet, Chavit and Solvet.
