Sebilj, or as it is called by some, is a wooden fountain designed in the Ottoman style, with its dome, decorations and towering arches, located in the center of Bascarsija Square in Sarajevo. It was built by Mehmed Pasha in 1753 AD. According to a local legend, visitors who drink water from this fountain will return to Sarajevo one day!
