The Sea Lion Center offers free educational programs at one of San Francisco's most popular attractions. Over six million visitors a year have the opportunity to learn all about California sea lions and their history, as well as teach them what can be done to help these cute animals survive in their habitat threatened with destruction by expansion. The center includes classrooms and an exhibition space to present various fun shows and provide the opportunity to get close to one of these animals face to face.
