The Black Lake, located between Kitzbühel and Reith, is a marshy lake with dark water that reaches temperatures of 27 degrees Celsius in summer, making it the warmest lake in Tyrol and a popular place for swimming. With its high concentration of natural minerals, it is surrounded by the magnificent Kaiser Mountains. Boat rentals are available on the lake, and many fishermen come there due to the large number of different fish species.
