Legend says that this church was built after a young girl from the neighborhood hospital was cured of her illness after seeing the Virgin Mary in the thirteenth century, and the room of that hospital later became a place of prayer, and in the fifteenth century this church was erected to preserve the bed on which the miracle occurred. The church is distinguished by its splendid architecture with majestic interior decoration, white dome and tall towers.
