Information about Saint James Church
St. James Church was built on the former site of the temple in the 12th century. It was first built in the Roman religious style. Today you can still see some elements of the original church. The building was renovated in the 13th and 14th centuries, and the church towers were built in the Gothic style. The old, although many of the ornaments reflect the Roman style, and the facade of the church was built in the Baroque style and new elements were added from the Roman era, and the development and restoration continued until today to restore it to its current form.
