Flavia Romero took her Italian roots and planted them in Amman with the opening of Romero Restaurant in 1979. She continued to add pieces of her culture to the restaurant, which has grown into a home for lovers of Italian cuisine in Jordan. The restaurant’s menu was developed from homemade Italian recipes to include flavors from every province of the country. Among the most important dishes on the menu are; Broccoli soup, seafood such as the famous smoked salmon dish, beef carpaccio, mushroom fettuccine, spaghetti with shrimp and many other delicious dishes, which form an irresistible combination of Italian cuisine and fresh seafood.
