The Museum of Literature is located in the former home of the German philosopher Johann Gottlieb Fichte in Jena, and is considered one of the few museums in the world specialized in romantic literature. In addition to the floor dedicated to the Romantic community, which reflects the nature of the life of this community, it is also used to hold temporary exhibitions covering specific topics from Romantic literature.
