Information about Roman Aqueduct
It is a Roman aqueduct adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea, one of the aqueducts leading to Caesarea that dates back to the period of Roman rule of the city. These aqueducts were used since that period until the city was demolished by the ruler Baybars in the thirteenth century. Now, the canal area is considered an archaeological site in the city, which tourists come to get to know and enjoy the picturesque natural features with the appearance of the Mediterranean.
