The trout farm, which was established in the Turkish city of Rize, is the first unique garden of its kind in the field of breeding fish of various kinds, such as trout and bream, with a special focus on trout, with the aim of balancing the large demand and availability. Because of the quality of the fish here, it was decided to establish a special restaurant on the farm that serves the most delicious seafood in authentic Turkish cooking methods. Each dish is accompanied by a variety of salads and rich appetizers.
