The Railway Museum is housed in a grand classicist building from the 20th century and belongs to the former Ministry of Railways of the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia. It includes a group of exhibits that contributed to the development of railways in the world and in Serbia. It includes locomotives, classic carriages, signal and safety equipment, documents, maps and other pieces of more than 40,000 items.
