Qasr Amra is one of four World Heritage sites in Jordan, located 85 km east of Amman. 1985 AD because of the unique frescoes it contains, which depict scenes of hunting and dancing, as well as ancient craftsmen during their work. This palace represents the transitional period between Byzantine culture and the new Islamic era, and is an exceptional and unprecedented example of early Islamic art.
