This distinguished museum specializes in displaying the ancient history of the city of Quba and the state of Azerbaijan. It was built between 2009-2013 AD. The memorial complex was erected in memory of tens of thousands of Azerbaijanis who died as a result of the massacres committed in 1918 by the Armenian Bolshevik armed groups. The memorial includes a mass grave Discovered in 2007, this museum aims to convey the facts related to the territorial claims and policy of aggression practiced by the Armenian nationalists against Azerbaijan, to preserve the national memory for future generations and to remind the memory of the victims of the genocide.
