Shengshui Temple, also known as the Divine Ancestor Temple, was built in 1787 when seven images of the Divine Ancestors were brought by immigrants from Anxi. The long history of the temple is reflected in its decoration. As you enter the temple, you will notice large dragon pillars in front of the central doors of the forecourt; You will see the tile carvings on both sides of the outer wall that date back to the late 18th and early 19th centuries, making them the oldest pieces of art in the temple; Also of interest are the Qing dynasty carvings on stone walls and dragon pillars.
