The Putrajaya Wetland Park covers an area of 335 hectares, consisting of the Taman Wetland (138 hectares) and wetland areas (197 hectares), and consisting of 24 wetlands scattered along the Chua and Pisa rivers, and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Putrajaya. Its swamps were developed by planting more than 70 species of wetland plants from the Putrajaya Wetland Arboretum, and twenty-four species of native fish were subsequently introduced into the wetland hives to enhance their biodiversity.
