Built in the 7th century, the historic Jadu Temple is located 200 meters east of Balahpatuh Market in Bali, and is known as Kibo Iwa Temple. Among its distinctive features is a huge stone head carved one meter high, Kebo Iwa - the giant assistant to King Bedulu who protected the kingdom from foreign invasions - and was once the residence of the ruling king but was converted into a temple at the insistence of the villagers.
