Pukará de Quitor is the archaeological site of an ancient Indian fortress and memorial from the 12th century AD. It was declared a national monument in 1982 AD, and it also includes a group of houses, small silos and defensive annexes distributed on the edges, in addition to providing panoramic views of the surrounding vast valley.
