Built in two phases (1887-1892 and 1914-1921), the imposing Regional Courthouse has a neo-Gothic-inspired design and was formerly the meeting place of the West Flanders Provincial Government. Like Hendrik and Gustaaf Pickery, interior decoration, stained-glass windows and ironwork are also done.
