Preah Sisowath Kwai is the perfect place to see the scenic Phnom Penh and enjoy the cool breeze. It is a quaint street that stretches along the banks of the mighty Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers, facing a large open area of manicured lawns and palm trees and decorated with many flags of different nationalities. There are cafes, restaurants and shops, and some locals sell many lotus plants, candles and incense around the river banks to Cambodians to pay respect to most of the shrines they believe in.
