Every evening starting at 5 pm, up to 20,000 egrets travel to Bitulu, a village 2.5 km north of Ubud, an ideal destination to watch this enchanting bird nesting, laying eggs and soaring in the Bali skies. This town has a number of food stalls in the rice fields where you can sip a drink while enjoying the scenery.
