This museum is devoted to the display of automobiles and their impact on American life and culture in Los Angeles. It is a gallery of more than 300,000 square feet and features more than 150 pieces of rare and classic cars, trucks and motorcycles. It covers four floors of the building, and the first floor houses exhibits tracing the history of cars. The second floor offers five rotating exhibition halls with the latest models of racing cars, classic cars, classic motorcycles, celebrity cars and movies. On the third floor, the interactive learning center is designed and teaches children basic scientific principles by explaining the basic functions of the car. As for the fourth floor, there is a large hall for special occasions and events.
