Lencois Maranhenses National Park is located on a large area of 1,550 square kilometers, and is considered one of the attractions and tourist destinations that attract many people, as it is unique and filled with beautiful sand dunes, salt marshes, and pools of water that collect in the rainy season and reach a temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius. It contains some wild species such as turtles, migratory birds, and others.
