It is the newest public park in ód established in 2004 as an initiative of the Mayor of ód on the 60th anniversary of the Holocaust. The park is home to relics belonging to Jan Karski, as it sits atop a memorial hill, which commemorates the Poles who helped save Jewish lives during World War II. It is a botanical garden and has many statues that express Jewish history.
