The Parish Church of San Gil Abad is located on Calle Don Jaime I, behind the city's main theater. It is a Catholic church with a 17th-century Baroque facade and a Mudéjar tower. It is considered one of the most important heritage monuments in Spain, and its walls and arcades are filled from the inside with beautiful golden decorations. There are many ancient carvings and statues inside that are definitely worth seeing.
