Zoo Safari Lange is one of the main zoos in the region and is located near the town of Piedmont in northern Italy, close to the city of Genoa. The park was opened in 1976 on an area of 700,000 square meters and included many animals such as hippopotamuses, bears, lynx, raccoons, wild boars, tigers, lions, camels, wolves, sheep, kangaroos, ostriches, birds, zebras, monkeys, buffaloes and many other species.
