This memorial is located in front of the Museum of the History of Stone-Cutting and Jewelery, the construction of the monument was paid for by the residents of Yekaterinburg. The monument consists of a vertical base with plaques on three sides, and there is a white ball on the base, topped by the head of a double eagle, and in the claws of the eagle there is an orb and a sceptre. This monument is hated by the 37th Battalion, which fought the Battle of Borodino in 1812 AD, and also fought Napoleon's forces the following year in Leipzig. The monument was initially installed in St. Catherine's Cathedral, which was across the road, but was moved in 1930, when the cathedral was destroyed. .
