Information about Palazzo dei Capitani
The Captain's Palace is a historic building that was first built in the 13th century, and then reconstructed in the 15th century in the Venetian Gothic style after the original building was damaged by a fire. The palace became an Italian memorial in 1902. On the ground floor visitors will find a large hall covered with a majestic fresco, while on the first floor they will find Venetian-style windows overlooking Lake Grada, and the last floor houses the chaplain and servants' room.
