The Palawan Heritage Center is an interactive museum with an area of 480 square meters. Opened in 2012 in the heart of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Island. The center is a modern museum with a more optimistic design, modern touches, appearance and ambiance. It contains a number of touchscreen videos, and even 3D images, that outline the history of Palawan and explain contemporary economic and environmental challenges. You will learn a lot about the nature, life and colonial and indigenous history of Palawan. You'll see 300-year-old artifacts, old photos, maps, and learning stations. There are many interactive information kiosks that provide visitors with information about Palawan's history, people, art, culture and governance.
