Located west of the main square, next to the old road, Brykovik Martinovic Palace is one of the oldest preserved palaces in Perast. It was built on the site of an old house of the Markovic family. The palace bears an inscription dating back to 1623 indicating that the place was built by Vicko and his brothers, sons of Tripo Markovic, the palace has preserved its original structure to this day, and the salon on the first floor was decorated at the end of the nineteenth century in the style of Napoleon II, and is the only fully preserved salon in Perast with its original decoration and furniture .
