The Ouzo World Museum takes its visitors on a journey to learn about Ouzo, which is the most famous local Greek drink, an anise-flavoured alcoholic drink that Greece exports to many countries around the world. Visitors can see ancient distillers down to the latest technology used today in the production of ouzo, where anise seeds come from across Greece and water from the nearby river for use in the production process.
