One of the most important monuments in the city is the Odessa catacombs, which are a labyrinth and a group of tunnels worth exploring. It is located on two levels and reaches a depth of 40 meters, and has a length of up to 3,000 km. It was used by criminals and smugglers, as well as by revolutionaries and resistance fighters during World War II.
