The Evangelical Church of Nyreghaza is the oldest building and the most valuable historical monument in Nyregyhaza. It is an evangelical church built in the Baroque style, which also occupies an important place in the musical life of the city. It was built between 1784 and 1786 by evangelists who arrived in Nyreghaza in 1753. , according to the designs of Giuseppe Aprilis, its 12 bells can be heard above the main entrance every hour since 1928.
