The National Palace of Culture - Congress Center in Sofia (NDK) is the largest complex in Southeast Europe. The palace was officially opened in 1981 to mark the 1300th anniversary of the founding of the Bulgarian state. It has been designed to host a wide range of events such as international conferences, official meetings, seminars, panel discussions, exhibitions, festivals and concerts. The palace is located in the center of Sofia, surrounded by various restaurants and a beautiful park.
