Located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, the Scandinavian National Museum is a historical museum documenting Scandinavian history in the region. It was established in 1980 in an attempt to document the history of immigrants from the Nordic-Scandinavian region. Today, the museum houses a large collection of artworks related to the culture of the North, in addition to a group of holdings documenting the history of that region.
