The National Museum of Archeology, Anthropology and History of Peru is the largest and oldest museum in Peru. The museum houses more than 100,000 artifacts that tell the history of human settlement from its inception to the present. Among the exhibits there are pottery, sculptures, clothing, manuscripts, musical instruments and much more. The museum has several English speaking guides who are always available to answer all visitors' inquiries.
