The National Museum of History was established in 1955 in Taipei, and there are historical artifacts of central China and a few other local regions. Most of these artifacts originally belong to the Henan Museum when it moved to Taiwan in the periods 1956-1957 and from the Japanese handover after World War II; Among these historical materials: copperware, pottery, music and dance statues of the Six Dynasties, artistic craft of Tang Dynasty, etc.; With funds allocated by the government and donations from more than 400 private collectors, the museum's content has been greatly enriched.
