It is the National Library of the Czech Republic, which is managed by the Czech Ministry of Culture. It is a very large library that contains a huge number of books and publications and contains about 6 million documents, and there are about 60,000 readers registered in it. This library also stores ancient materials from Turkey, Iran and India, and also includes books for Charles University in Prague. The library received an award from UNESCO through the Memory of the World Program for its efforts to digitize ancient texts, as it digitized 1,700 documents in its first 13 years.
