The Bulgarian National Gallery was established in 1948, and is located in a magnificent building, which was once a royal palace. You can visit this landmark to enjoy seeing the beautiful architecture of the building or its various exhibits. This exhibition is based on displaying more than 41,000 distinctive contemporary artworks. Among them are drawings by Bulgaria's greatest artists, antique collectibles, and many more statues and sculptures. This exhibition is divided into sections, which are Kvadrat 500, the Museum of Christian Arts, the Palace Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Arts, and others.
