Nanji Hangang Park was established on the site of the old landfill as part of the urban renewal project of the Han River area. It is an eco-friendly amusement park that includes Nanji Eco-Wetland, Nanji camp and a marina, and is also one of 5 parks celebrating the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea. And Japan, where you can find an area specifically designed to enjoy extreme sports such as jet-skiing and BMX bike racing, and a fully-equipped camp opened in 2009, with 24-hour shower rooms, a set of tents and BBQ facilities.
