Namsan Mountain Park is the largest park in Seoul and home to many different and unique species of trees, plants, and animals. It is famous for its beautiful hiking trails that allow visitors to see the local wildlife up close. It covers a large area and features a number of tourist attractions including Baekbeom Square and Namsan Cable Car. The Namsan Tower and statues of famous figures in Korean history. The cherry blossom path in the park is the longest trail of cherry trees in the city. A number of cultural events are held in the park, the largest of which is the annual Cherry Blossom Festival in April.
