The museum was founded through the efforts of one family and the support of an entire community. The Morariu family has lived in the area for generations. On one occasion, Ms. Morario decided to renovate the facilities of the house where old and forgotten furniture and items were stored. At this point, the lady had to make a decision, to either give up these things or keep them. After it was kept, more than a hundred years have passed since someone used it, hence the idea of establishing the museum, and it started as a collection of old furniture and pieces used by people in that area. Each one tells the story of a very ancient society, which has survived centuries of political, social and ethnic changes. He has found enough people who share Ms. Morano's passion for collecting "ancient things" and many have come to donate all they have. Thus, the museum collection currently on display was formed.
