The International Museum of Insects and Natural Wonders is the beloved work of Mr. Manobe and his wife Mrs. Rampa Rattanarithikul, who have been collectors of natural wonders for over 50 years. Ratana is a world leader in mosquito research and has contributed about 500 species of mosquitoes to the global record, while her husband is an expert in malaria. The walls of their small, multi-storey museum are covered in glass frames filled with fixed insects of all kinds including stick insects, beetles, butterflies and more. Both screens are commented on with scholarly information and personal notes.
