The Museum of Modernism displays many works of art by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí, including chairs from Casa Batlló and a mirror from Casa Calvet, a sequel from a collection of works by contemporary people, featuring Some typical pieces from the Middle Ages. In the basement it also houses many Art Nouveau elements, including paintings by Ramón Casas and Santiago Rusiñol and statues made by many artists such as Josep Lemona and Josip Arnau.
