The Dubrovnik Museum of Modern Art was founded in 1945, when it was based in the Cerva-Poza Palace in the Pile region. But the building in which this museum of modern and contemporary art is located since 1948 was originally designed and built as a prestigious family mansion for Dubrovnik ship owner Božo Banac. This museum includes a lot of statues that are located inside and outside, and paintings, and there is a square in front of it, and the view from it is wonderful.
